Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Conference and Functions Reservation Policy

  • All reservations are to be confirmed in writing.
  • A 50% deposit will be required upon confirmation.
  • Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to the function. We will cater for that number and charge accordingly.
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT and subject to change without notice.
  • Vegetarians can be catered for. Please advise in advance.
  • Please note that our kitchen is neither Kosher nor Halaal, but we are able to provide such catering from outside caterers.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
  • Cancellation 10 days or less before function will result in forfeit of the full deposit.
  • Cancellation 11 to 30 days before function will result in forfeit of 25% of the deposit.
  • In the event of a no-show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged.
